Ulta’s New Appointment

Ulta Beauty has appointed Michael R. MacDonald to its board of directors. MacDonald is president and chief executive officer of DSW Inc., the footwear and accessories retailer, and has over 30 years of expertise in merchandising, marketing, store operations and finance. MacDonald’s background includes stints at Saks Incorporated and Marshall Field & Co.
